Fully Funded Masters Scholarships For Pakistani Students


Fully funded masters scholarships are available at top universities in the United States for international students. These provide an average monthly stipend of $1000.

These scholarships look at your academic record, extracurricular activities and leadership roles. The requirements differ, but they usually require a high GPA or CGPA, excellent English language skills and recommendations.

1. HEC Overseas Scholarships 2022

HEC Overseas Scholarships 2022 is a fully funded scholarships program for pakistani students who want to pursue their master’s and PhD degrees abroad. The scholarships will cover all expenses such as tuition fees, airfare tickets, maintainance allowance etc.

This scholarship is open for Pakistani and Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) citizens who are interested in studying in top ranked universities of the world. It is a merit-based scholarship and only eligible candidates will be selected.

The Scholarship will be based on the applicant’s academic performance, essays and other scores, and the Scholarship Committee will determine their financial aid. This scholarship will help the student to study in world’s top universities at a reduced cost.

This scholarship will be funded by Western Sydney University and the Higher Education Commission of the Pakistan Government. It will include a stipend living allowance, a contribution towards Overseas Student Health Cover and a return international airfare to Australia.

2. Fulbright Scholarships 2023

The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) is offering fully funded masters scholarships for pakistani students. The scholarship provides a decent monthly stipend, tuition fee, airfare, health insurance and living expenses.

The Fulbright Student Program is open to all fields of study, other than clinical medicine, and is funded by the United States Department of State. Students are encouraged to apply in energy, water, agriculture, public health, education, social sciences, journalism and mass communication, arts and culture management including heritage conservation and museum studies, urban and regional planning, environmental science/studies, security/peace studies, data science and more.

The selection process varies by country but generally requires strong academic records, an interest in the host country, and a commitment to return and serve the community back home. Individuals from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan, Baluchistan, Northern Sindh and Southern Punjab are highly encouraged to apply, as well as women and people with disabilities.

3. National University of Sciences & Technology

National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) is one of the leading universities in Pakistan, offering undergraduate and graduate degrees. The university has several campuses around the country, each of which offers a range of different courses.

The university is known for its research, with an emphasis on bringing innovation to the country. There are a number of scholarships available for students at all levels to study at NUST, and many of them are fully funded.

NUST also offers a range of academic and non-academic facilities to students, including a library and housing. International students are welcome to apply, and NUST has a selective admission policy based on previous academic achievements.

NUST is a public research university that has been operating since 1991, and has several campuses in various parts of the country. It offers a range of courses in the fields of science, engineering and technology. The university has a number of scholarships available to international students.

4. Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KS&EW) is a major Defence Contractor and Military Corporation Situated in West Wharf in Karachi, Pakistan. This Company is entirely owned by the Government of Pakistan and managed by a Board of Directors with Managing Director as the Chief Executive Officer.

It is situated on 71 acres of land and has been operating for over 47 years. It has three ship building berths, each equipped with cranes and allied facilities where construction of vessels can be undertaken simultaneously.

The Company specializes in shipbuilding, shiprepair and general engineering. It can build large cargo ships, oil tankers and warships.

In addition, it can also construct large industrial boilers, pressure vessels and storage tanks. It is the only shipbuilder in Pakistan that specializes in this type of work.

In the future, KS&EW is planning to establish two new shipyards at Gwadar in Balochistan Province and Port Qasim near Karachi in Sindh Province. These two dry docks would have a combined capacity of 600,000 TDW and could be constructed with minimum financial assistance from the government.
